What’s in your wallet?
If you are a guy and reading this, odds are you are carrying a wallet. If you are a woman you are probably married to a guy carrying a wallet and it probably looks like the one above.
Most guys have been doing this since the were barely a teen so it just seems commonplace. There is however a problem. Most guys are doing two things WRONG!
1-Carrying too fat a wallet: My saying is that if your wallet is stuffed totally full with cash then its ok but if it is stuffed full of other people’s business cards that you are never going to call (and could be kept in your phone) or with pictures that are worn and dated (and can be kept in your phone) or receipts (that can be kept in your phone) then it’s just not ok.
2-Carrying your wallet in the back pocket: The problem with this is when you sit down you are automatically unlevel at least to the degree that your wallet is fat. Can you imagine sewing your wallet to the sole of your left shoe and walking
around all day? Same thing!
I personally carry 4 cards to get me through the day (Business credit card, Personal credit card, Handgun license, & Driver’s license) in a wallet like this one and any cash in another the other pocket.
Stop sitting on the problem and move your wallet to the front pocket. It will only feel weird for a day or two.
Each day, at Braddock Chiropractic we see patients who are suffering from pelvic unleveling and low back pain in which this is a major contributor. The structural chiropractic we utilize can help alleviate this back pain and sciatica but moving your wallet to the front can help keep it that way!
